What to expect when you work with us to buy a home

Searching for a Home

  • We will start off our relationship with a consultation where we go through the process of buying a home and include a detailed discussion of your goals and what you are looking for. We will collaborate on a plan to best accomplish them.

  • A search for homes meeting your parameters will be set up on the MLS and will be personally reviewed for new matches daily. We will also set you up on the app, “Zenlist,” which includes homes on the “Private Network.” This will allow you to see everything coming on the market so that nothing falls through the cracks.

  • We will arrange and accompany you to all showings, pointing out features and potential deficiencies that will come up during the inspection.

Making an Offer

  • When ready to make an offer, we will build a detailed comparative market analysis to determine how the market should value the property. We will discuss how that value aligns with your goals to determine a competitive offer price. In short, we make sure you are not overpaying.

  • We will collaborate with your loan office to provide an estimate of the financial details to make sure you are comfortable.

  • Each paragraph of the standard contract (offer) will be explained and we will answer any questions you may have.

Contract Acceptance and Closing

  • A team of trusted and highly regarded inspectors and attorneys are available for you, should not have one.

  • We will be present for the always important home inspection and strategize and negotiate potential repairs or credits on your behalf.

  • We work in concert with your lender, attorney, and title company to ensure a smooth transaction and on-time closing. There will be consistent follow-up, communication, and assistance.
